Refund and Exchange Conditions

 

If you want to change or return the product you have purchased, you can inform our WhatsApp line with your order number within 14 working days from the delivery of the order. In return or exchange, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

 

For the products you purchase to be returned or replaced, the product must not have lost its saleability and must not be used, and its labels and logos must not be damaged. Products will be checked by our team and returns and exchanges that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you as "Buyer Paid".

 

You will be informed when your return cargo arrives. After checking the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions, the refunds of the accepted return requests will be deposited to your account within 3-7 business days.

Customized products are not accepted for return.

 

Damaged products

We do not accept responsibility for problems caused by use and washing errors. Considering that all of our products are 100% cotton sensitive fabrics, wash at 30 degrees temperature, reverse and do not use a dryer.

 

If the product (s) are not in our stocks, a refund will be made.
